98 Camaro Hood Stress Cracks Is it normal for the hood paint to start cracking and is there a solution to fix without complete repaint? Just wondering.... thanks!

Its the stock (original) SS hood. Looks like it had been repainted at some point in time though. Its also starting to do the same thing up by the windshield.
