lq4 build

Im doing a lq4 in my 1986 monte carlo running a carb setup now I know those bottom ends are built strong but cam wise I wanted to do a swap for a nice lopey idle any ideas of a good cam comp? Also for valve springs rods etc

You just looking for a off shelf cam that will make some noise and run well? The edelbrock 2216 sounds great in my TA and runs very well for a 5.3, would run better in a 6.0.
