Default Steering won't go back on center after a left turn.

2006 GTO
70k ish miles
Tires are very new
Alignment very recent

My alignment has been done and it is obviously aligned according to the shop.
But they still haven't figured out why my wheel will pull hard even at the
slightest of left turns. Additionally if I sit on a flat as can be parking lot, turn the
wheel to the left to approximately 10 o'clock, let go, the wheel will not return
to center. But if I do a right turn in the same manner it will then return to center
as normal cars do. These people at the shop are acting like this is the first car in
the world that could possibly do such a thing.

Why in the world is my steering acting so wonky?

But if the tie rods were bad wouldn't they be incapable of doing an alignment? The alignment was done not even 2 weeks ago and the problem existed before the alignment.

Sound like an internal valving problem in your rack and pinion.
