Help me set my MSD timing/MAP table

Help me set my MSD timing/MAP table I just hooked up the MAP sensor and want to utilize it. Can anyone give me some good initial timing setups until i get it in for a dyno tune. I am currently using the #6 Pill

It runs pretty good but is very rich and I need to reduce the jet size.
My Mods:
1994 Silverado 2 door sport side:
5.3 LM7
Thumpr Cam .554/.537 on 109 LSA, Duration at .050 219/233
LS6 lifters/springs, LS1 1.7 rockers, 7.4 chromoly pushrods, 862 heads milled 0.015" and 45 degree cut valves, LS2 timing set, Performer RPM intake, Holley 4150 750cfm Carb, MSD 6LS ignition, 2" Primary LT headers, 2 1/2" true dual exhaust with SLP Loudmouth II Mufflers. 4L60E with a Transgo HD2 shift kit, Corvette servo and a Vigilante 9.5" lock-up 2,800 Stall
I will be installing a PerformaBuilt Level 2 700R4 in about 2 weeks.
