5.7 bolt on GTO vs 2012 5.0 vs 2009 G8 GT Thought I'd share some vids of my goat vs some friends at a couple car meets in the Houston area..The GTO has gone a best of 12.7 1.9 60' with k&n intake will b installing my svede intake some time this week hoping for better times
GTO had 1 passenger. Every time I ran the 5.0 same results. I do have a buddy with a 2013 5.0 I/e tune and we are about dead even depending on who gets the jump. I have also run a full bolt on 12 5.0 and loss by 2 cars. My boys G8 in the vid I use to beat him by 1-2 cars when he was only intake and handheld tune. This is after he added the headers exhaust and pat g tune. GTO has light wieght reduction weighs about 3580lbs full interior. Just showing what a proper driven modded ls1 GTO is capable of. Enjoy
