Clutch issue?

Clutch issue? See i have a Tick Master, and a spec stage 3, i have to push about 20+ punds on the pedal, its extreamly stiff. The clutch will start to grab about 1/4" - 1/3" from dead top of the pedal. i think i did something wrong lol

The effort for our kit is not excessive, though using a larger bore master can increase effort. Have you talked to Tick about the Master. Is the effort consistent as the pedal is depressed? Is the clutch releasing?
