Restoring a 99 SS Convertible - Fully Optioned SLP Car, best I can tell.

Did the 99's SS come optionally with the SLP Grille or was the standard grille correct? Hawk's Third Gen thinks the SLP Grille wasn't an option until '01.

This is a 100% stock survivor at this point and looking to keep it that way.

I have paper work with my 99 SS that shows options available that year. The grille isn't on the list. Also found this:

You can call SLP with your VIN and they will tell you what Y2Y options it originally came with.
