Default Speaker rattles door panel

I bought new monsoon speakers for the doors and they have changed to a plastic grille instead of paper I guess. I installed one side and I have always had this bass vibrate in the door with the old and new speaker. I can reach down and press on the plastic speaker grille and it stops so I am wondering what can I do to quiet this down without altering my door panel. I am hoping to just have to take the door panel off one time to fix this so any ideas.

Are you sure it's tightened down good.

Wedge something thin in between the panel and the speaker grille so it can't vibrate. I did that on my old car and I need to do it on my current one.

Yeah I tightened it good it is just the space between the speaker and plastic grill in door panel is a problem. I didn't want to block the sound.
