Hey I want a cam and ive gotten a lot of responses...

Compcam 224/224 581/581 lift on 112 Lsa

Valve spring- comp cam 918's, make sure the lift is under 600

Or .575lift SDPC

I want something for daily driveing and for raceing every now and then...


I also need to know where to get a good cam with and instilation kit and some valve springs...(is that all I need to put in a cam...cam, install kit, valve springs, pcm tuning,,,what else do i need) anyways i need more suggestions from the guys who have been though this...Also what kind of powergains can I expect from a new high performance cam

people are going to tell you to a serch. but i can say right now u need some hardend pushrods. the sdpc cam install kit comes with all the gaskets and pully bolt. other than that u might wanna do some valve seals and/or some Ti retainers. (is this right folks?)

I'll have a TR224 cam for sale in the next week or two.
224/224 .563/.563 112lsa
my dyno #'s are in sig. haven't ran it at the track yet though.
