can someone please explain just how the pills work that come with the edelbrock ignition mod I can not find just how they work thanks in advance

Were there no instructions with the box? If so, they tell you what the pills are best used for.

They are pre programmed "TUNES" from MSD that plug into the side of the box. I believe each number in pill you go up the more agressive the tune. I think two pills are setup for the 2215/2216 cams and number 3 is preloaded onto the box. You dont need to use the pills if you want to customize your own tune.

But the manual goes into more detail. Google it if you are missing it and read it.

If its the edelbrock box you can't custom tune the pills are your only option
