WTB: throttle cables, battery cables & ground strap

Looking to buy the following...

- 98-00 throttle cable (no traction control)
- 98-00 cruise control cable (no traction control)
- Positive and negative battery cables
- Braided ground strap that runs from left front frame rail to lower left side of engine
