Throttle body (NW 92) doesn't fit LSXRT 102mm Manifold
Doing my LSXRT swap this weekend and all is going well. I got the manifold bolted down 100% flush with the heads all around. I can't imagine any vacuum leaks there, but we'll see.
My tuner (Patrick G) recommended the NW 92mm TB from Scoggin Dickey. I found it on WS6 store for about $40 less, so I got it from there instead.
So I go to bolt on the TB and this is the result. Picture shows underside of TB
This is obviously not acceptable and will very likely cause a bad leak.
Has anyone else seen this before? Are all NW 92 TB's created equal?
Scratching my head with this one...

Thats right, it doesn't fit ( seal ) i seen a thread on this. I have a fast 102 intake and a fast 92mm tb thats fits but my tuner didn't like the fast tb so went with a nw 102, alittle big i think. The tuner said that the idle port is to small on the fast tb and for the cam im running it was best to go with the nw 102 tb and save some $ went to a sd tune.

I put a NW on a vette that had a 102 and i took my tig welder and layed a few beads down the bottom side till it covered up all the gasket area then took it over to my mill and milled the welds down with the back side of the TB and havent had any problems with it sealing.
