HELP Low oil pressure on my ls3/s14 swap i just got the car running and i just recently check for oil pressure and im getting 27 psi at cold start ( gradually to 27) doesnt make instant pressure, ( I'm using the top by the valley cover to check for pressure not pan!
so 27 psi on cold start and after 4 minutes it starts to loose oil pressure to about 10 to 15psi. maybe oil pick up o-ring? also i am running a relocation oil filter/ longer lines also. can some one input me on the right oil pressure or am i on the safe side?

stock motor just cam swap (hot cam)
stock oil pump
o ring was blue( came with the kit that i bought from sikky)http://www.sikky.com/view_item.php?id=31&catid=12
yes lubricated before install
pop on pretty good didnt have to tighten downt the bolt to get them on
i check the oil pump gears before hand also!
using 5w30 non full synthetic
do you think i should try thicker oil before i tear it down again!?
