Just finished porting another set of heads. These are 241 heads with roughly50k miles and they're in great condition. Based on other hand ported heads that I've had flow tested, these heads should do 270cfm+ on the intake and 190-195cfm on the exhaust.


Opened and blended seats to bowl on intake/exhaust ports (matched all diameters well within 0.005")
Narrowed, shaped, blended intake/exhaust valve guide bosses.
Completely removed intake rocker bolt hump.
D shaped exhaust port exit (matched diameters).
Ports were not hacked out and still relatively small.
Removed intake swirl ramp.
Sanded runners down to 240grit
Polished Bowl, de-shrouded valves.
All valves were lapped before reassembly to ensuring a good seal.

Comes with stock valves, seals, retainers, and keepers all in great condition.
(No springs) Can ship heads next business day. Packaged extremely well.
