Not Getting Fuel installed cam, oil pump, timing chain, heads, fuel pump, etc....tried to start car and im not getting any fuel and my security light comes on any suggestions

a friend and I installed a Hahn Stage 3 turbo on a 09 Solstice and the same thing happened. I tried everything I could find on resetting the security procedures but nothing worked. Eventually gave up and towed it to the dealer to reflash the ecm and clear the security code. Loaded the custom tune and was good to go after. Only cause I could guess was the battery was still connected when he removed the ecm. Have you tried to locate a scanner in your area that can do a crank relearn? Sorry if its not much help.
