I bought a Vapor HVLP spray gun set that included three different guns at the paint store for $115. Have nothing to compare it to other then my old bottom feed gun. Setting up the spray pattern and fluid control seemed good. I did have problems with the metallic clumping up and clogging the gun...although that's probably from user error since it was the first time, I've sprayed metallic. I don't know if it's a good gun, but the paint store has been around for years serving the local body shops so I'm assuming they are decent guns. If it's like most things....a good operator can make a so-so product work great but a bad operator can make a great product work bad. Good luck.

Most dont believe it but the $40-$50 hvlp at Harbor Freight is great! Do a little research on them, you might be suprised. I have painted 3 cars with one and it lays out the paint just as good as any other gun I have used.

Just make sure you get the one with brass/gold colored adjustment *****..
