What type of valves are you guys using? I was thinking of going with Manley valves but am not sure about the size. Does anyone have any input?

Well I would also leave them stock but one of the valve springs is missing its lock so, I figure I upgrade when I take them to get tested at a machine shop.

Stock valves here. A missing lock isnt that big of deal though, thats the easiest/cheapest thing to replace.
