Valve Covers are Billet Aluminum (not fabricated), had them Hard Anodized Black. Coil Brackets are Chrome. Covers each have a threaded fill hole. I had Billet Specialties Breathers in them. One is included. New gaskets included. On one of the towers that screw into the head, which the covers attach to, there is a small o-ring missing on one tower. Either replace or small dab of sealant when you mount cover. All hardware included
