Default FAST 90 too small for 408??

Been having some intake problems and was wondering if a FAST 90 was too small for a 408.

I want a 102 but it's just not in the cards right now $$ wise. Should I just pick up a ls6 and be done with it until I can afford a 102 or can I get a 90 and still see some good power??

Possible to swap the rails/tb/injectors to the 90 from my PP 96mm intake??

I picked up 35hp by going from a ls6 to a fast and changing exhaust. Obviously didn't all come from the intake, but you get the idea. From what I've gathered, the 102 is only worth a couple hp over the 90.
