Default Steering wheel shake 60-70 mph

Still on goin shake so annoying first I had nitto nt555 tires has them balanced 3 times still did it well after finding new tires I got Michelins! It still does it wtf!
I have replaced the outer tie rods zo6 end links in between tire swaps an had a alighment gonna get another since I got a new I shaft for steering wheel. I also have a popping noise when I turn the wheel from strut mount? needs replace I'm assuming. Can this be warp rotors? I feel pulse when breaking high speeds

I have never seen it shake during normal driving from warped rotors? That is a shake while braking. Unless they are wayyyyyyyyyyyyy warped.

Wheel bearings?
Ball joints?
Bent rim?

I had that issue for a while. Then had a broken ball joint one day leaving for work.
