My HID lights won't turn on or just one will after turn them on and off a couple of times. What's the problem?

bad/loose connection, my brothers car had one that was like that and it was because the PO had spliced on new headlight harnesses and the connections weren't done properly.

Could also be a sign of the ballast starting to go out.

Also check your headlight ground wires.
