Default ordered some upgrade goodies for my lq9/ls3 setup

On tuesday ordered some quick upgrades for my lq9/ls3 camaro..ordered everything from texas speed....
A tsp 100mm maf. A fast toys 104mm lid and a ptm 102mm tb to accomadate my fast 102 ... currently runnin the stock ls3 manifold and 90mm tb..so once i swap everything over ill let yall know how it responds..

You better off staying with the ls3 intake! the fast has minimal gains over the ls3! and that 102 tb is overkill for that lq9 the 90 mm tb is more then enuf!

If guys are showing notable gains on a 102/102 setup on 346's, rest assured you'll stand to gain on a 6.0 as well. May not be earth shattering, but a gain is a gain.

he'll gain maybe 15 HP for that $1500 he just spent.

Not necessarily overkill. Just room to grow. There is no such thing as a tb too big. As long as it doesn't choke the engine.

While I do agree, the fast intake is a bit pointless on ls3 top end setup, in the end, it's his money.

I have seen ported stock ls3 manifolds holding their own against 102 intakes. The ls3 intake is by far, one of the best stock intakes gm has for the ls engines.

Not true. The gains on a cathedral setup are far more than on a rectangular port setup. The ls3 intake is quite a bit better than the ls6 intake.

Didnt spend 1500..already had the 102 sittin collectin dust for the past yr..
