Default Trying To Giagnose A Sound

I Have A 1994 v6 3.4l Camaro that I've had for going on five months now that's making a tacking noise I've been trying to diagnose the sound my opinions on the sound, Exhaust Leak, Sticky Lifter, Loose Rocker Arms. I did break the top half down to check the lifters which one was sticking by that I mean trying to push it out of its seating with no give to come out but all other lifters jumped out the seat nice and smooth like, so I changed the lifter still I hear the sound. The Push Rods Looked Like They Were In Good Condition So I Don't Think It's A Rod Knock. Also I only hear it most at idle that's also when it's the loudest.

Ive always ha bad luck with chevys having an exhaust leak at the manifold/header to block gasket. They tick repetitively have you tried replacing the gasket? Maybe a doughnut gasket but it sits a little further away from the engine. What area of the engine do you hear it most and is it louder with accel?
