i have a set of 243 shave .030 and with some porting done . mostly exhaust cleanup. they have 600 lift springs on them. i had to heli coil 2 rocker holes but have not had any problems out of them since. .

FS, 1 pair of 243 heads from my 2005 LS2 GTO. Heads have 25,100 total miles and about 12,000 on the Patriot Extreme .660 lift springs. Heads are in great shape...stock except the springs. Rockers are also included. PM your Email for pics...having trouble uploading.
