Default Track setup

What are people using for shock and spring packages on their V's that road race them? What series do you run?

Thanks!

I think most road track people are using the kwv3 coil over setup. I had it on my last gto its pretty badass but kinda pricey

I used to run FG2's. Most common and probably cost effective is the KW V3's. There is someone else that has an LG setup.
I'm running a full Penske 3 way adj. setup with remote res. and hyperco springs.
