Staggered Michelins= 1/2 Tread Wear Warranty for you!
Anyone who runs staggered Michelin tires that come with a tread wear warranty where you cannot rotate tires beware as you will only get 1/2 tread wear warranty for you!
"Some vehicles come from the vehicle manufacturer with “split fitments”—
meaning different size tires on the front and rear axles. Because these tires cannot be rotated as recommended by Michelin, the mileage warranty on each rear tire will cover half the number of miles as the standard mileage warranty for that particular tire design."

Guys here the bottom line:
Almost every other tire company totally voids the treadwear warranty when you have staggered wheels and tires.
Michelin is one of the only companies that still gives you a treadwear warrany. So if the tire has a 50k treadlife warrany they still waranty the fronts for 50k and the rear for 25k.
The treadwear warrany relies on the fact that you need to be able to rotate the tires which you can not on a staggered fitment.
So while some of the post are negative on Michelin the warranty they offer is better than almost every other company I can think of because they void the treadlife warranty entirely.
