$11,000 may be a very good price for a low mileage Z28 like you describe. Just make sure the title is clean with no Carfax issues, like accidents or too many owners. If there are needs, like tires or brakes, etc... then that must be taken into consideration. Take a look at the maintenance history if the owner is aware of it (he should be) and make sure the seller isn't a 16 year old that bought a pristine car 6 months ago and was 'pedal to the metal' at every red light since then. As you can see, there are many factors and scenarios involved. What's the specifics with this Z28? Post back if you learn more or need anything else. Good luck!

went and looked/drove the car again last night very clean drives straight if you let go of wheel clean carfax shows 3 owners first owner which we got ahold of bought the car at age 54 kept the car for 17,019 miles had all service performed at chevy dealer (oil change radiator flush) nothing major was needed second owner which we couldnt contact bought the car then traded it back on a yukon leading me to think it was a younger guy/gal just wanting/needing a family car but traded it back at 39,304 miles again all service performed at chevy dealer(brake pads and rotors were just change by chevy dealer at 32,987 according to carfax),no accidents reported there have only been 6 miles put on car since it has been at dealer so we know there were no "fun"test drives. the deal we worked was if i trade my 1997 camaro ss slp car with 74,000 on it and a 6 speed the dealer wants 4,000 out the door the only 3 flaws with the car are (1) a slight scuff on the corner of passenger side mirror as if someone scraped it with a bike (its so light it could be buffed out, (2) slight wear but no rip on drivers seat bolster,(3) .5 inch paint crack in right corner of trunk/lift gate
