Default Holley hi ram throttle cable bracket. pics inside

Bought the holley hi ram and decided to keep my stock sized WS6 hood. So i have to cut a hole in my hood for the TB and lid obviously. Before diving into that i was just trying to find a bracket for my FAST 102 TB. I listened to holley and spend 30 bucks on one of there "universal" throttle cable brackets that they recommended seeing how the intake comes with no bracket for a drive by cable. I got it and it worked.....kinda. But stuck up even farther. So i needed to make a bracket that sat lower so i wouldnt have a cable in the air. It fits perfect and works great. Just a little piece to get ideas from if you are having problems with hood clearence or drive by cable brackets for this intake.

Here is the Holley bracket

Here is my bracket

Nice! What did you use to make the bracket?

Put up a few more pics of this build please. I need to change how my coils are mounted now that I am going turbo and what you did is exactly how I decided to do it

That looks pretty good.

I used one from Speed Inc. or something... It mounts on the back of the TB.

Also, I flipped my TB over, made it look a little cleaner, especially since we have to have a hole in our hoods. I don't know if you thought about doing that.

Is there a location for the map sensor or do we need to tap somewhere?

Saw this bracket used on the Copo Camaro. Looks pretty nice. Just wonder if this is something available over the parts counter from GM or Holley. It's not in the Chevrolet Performance catalog, OR the Holley website:

Flipping the TB over makes it look much cleaner.

The bracket setup I used looks like this
(and yes, I just noticed the big ol boost leak. woops)

Map sensor hole is in the rear of the intake. It uses an LS3 style sensor.

Probably the same amount of cutting. maybe slightly different, but it is just cleaner.
