Default Too Much Stall??

Im going with a Iron Block 408 combo in my TA. I am using stage II Patriot Heads and a custom grind cam. Everyone tells me with the 408 that the power is going to be lower so my TP4500 stall is going to be too much stall because the power will be lower in the RPMs??

Should I get rid of my 4500 stall and go with a lower stall??

Thanks
