I wont to put a LS1 or LS2 in my race boat but I want to run it stock with no trans how can it do it

What kind of boat? Fan boats only twist to 5800 or so but if you wanna go higher than that I wouldnt be scared to turn 6500 all day on an ls1/6/2. Let us know what you need/want to run, and your budget. The guys here will make you very happy.

We need ALOT more info. But based on your avitar, it looks like you are running a jet pump river boat. What type of pump are you running and what are the optimum RPMs? Yes LS engine like to rev, but if you have a pump/prop designed for 6K, only rev to 6k and not tax the engine for longevity. Just my .02.
