LT1 how many miles for the tank? Besides my other fbodys recently bought a 94 camaro z28.it appesrs gas guage isint working.i was going based on miles every 100 fill up 20-30$ .thats what the previous ower told me to go by.well i went over the 100 miles so icould burn off all that 87 octane crap to fill up with some 92 ..it barly hit 118 miles and car died..i thought on a full tank i would get more than 118 miles in city.
Wat are you guys averaging ?

When you filled up every 100, did you only put in $30 or did you fill it up all the way and that's all it would take?
If you only put in that much money, it could be that it was costing you more than $30 to go 100 miles. Eventually the difference between what was going in and what was being burned caught up to you and you ran out.
If your car was actually on a full tank and only went 118 miles, that means you got about 7.5mpg...
