Default Going back stock...what do I do about tune?

Well almost stock anyway. My car currently has TONS of mods.

I'm going back to stock heads, cam and intake, but the car will retain a SLP Lid, LT's, 3" ORY.

The car was originally a 6 speed that was converted to an auto. I'm putting the 6 speed back in it.

Is this something that can be done by mail order or would I need to have it dyno tuned?

The guy buying the heads/cam etc has a stock PCM but it's for an A4 car.

What should I do?

I don't see why a good mail order tune wouldn't work
