I have a 89 Fourmla 5.0 tbi and a 91 3.1 mpi well the 5.0 has 273 and the 3.1 has 323 I think we'll I have a buddy with a 99 blazer with 373 well we were talking about an diff swap for the 5.0 well would the blazer diff work or can I put the gears in either of the housings I don't know mi h about rear ends and I can find the info I need on google so plz chime in

1989 and later had 28 spline axles and if the 99 blazer is S series blazer then carriers and gears would/should be interchangeable.
I've used gears from a mid 80s' blazer but not the carrier because it was setup for 26 spline axles.
