car wont go into gear when on?!

car wont go into gear when on?! Installed a rebuilt t56 on my 99 Hawk w/ a Monster stage 3 clutch kit and now I cant put my car in gear when its on 
already took the tranny off 3 times thinking it was several things but nothing. When its rolling it shifts fine or when off and when on the air it spins the tires even if the clutch all the way in. First replaced the MC with a factory n nothing then the hydraulic line n still nothing. Everything is brand new dont know what else to change n cant really afford the Tick right now
any input will be highly appreciated. Anyone experiences as such??
