Default Added a blower cam to my LS3 C6

Picked up a blower cam. 224/234 .612/.600 113+3 Lunati cam. Tossed that in my LS3 and went from a 3.4" blower pulley to a 3.125" blower pulley on my T-trim. I figured the belt might slip being a 6 rib, so I put a Dallas Performance direct drive on also. Crank pulley is the stock 7.5" diameter. That puts the T-trim at max rated impellar speed at 6500rpm. At 7000rpm it's at 60,480rpm or 10% overdriven.

116F outside when we did the dyno. Intake air temps went from 120F to 198F during the pull and the ECU was pulling 4* of timing because of that. So total of 11* with 15* being commanded. AFR at 11.2 on the gas scale and 12psi up top. My stock LS7 clutch even held, lol. Not sure if it will still hold when I add a meth kit. Just going to do an AEM meth kit. Unsure if I should do a single or dual nozzle since I'll just be using the meth for IAT. I might be able to put more timing to it once the meth kit is installed, but with it pulling timing for IAT's we stopped adding timing.

stock cam & 3.4" pulley 604/515 vs Lunati cam & 3.125" pulley 673/584

Nice gains. That should be plenty fun on the street.

My Michelin Pilot Super Sports would hold the old 604rwhp in 2nd. Now they don't, lol. Time for some Nitto NT05R's or Toyo TQ's.
