I would like to tune my car ..have a 5.3 stand alone system .what is the most user friendly out there ..

Probably a stand alone ecu like aem, megasquirt2 or 3. There is a new megasquirt 3 based ecu hitting the shelves any day that looks promising. The main thing is if you need it to control a transmission as well.
