Default 02 rear end in a 98?

i posted this in my other thread but its a little off topic to what it started so i thought i would start a new one.

i have a 98 z28 m6 with abs and no traction control, with an auburn posi. i blew the spider gears out on the posi and im looking at getting a new axle.

2002 camaro rear end --4.10 posi $450

http://columbus.craigslist.org/pts/4001429723.html

i found this and i wanted to go to 4.10's anyway but its out of an 02. will i have any issues putting this in my car?

thanks

depends if the new rear is a 3 or 4 channel. if its a 3 channel than its a plug and play install. if its a 4 channel you're lose your rear ABS unless you convert it to a 3 channel rear which is a pain in the ***!
