Default p0200 code Help

Been having this issue for months now and I can not seem to figure out what is causing the problem. The car starts and runs, but only on the passengers side. I have disconnected the driver side coils, with no change to how the engine runs.I can tell it is only the passenger side running because driver side exhaust is cool to the touch. following things i have checked.

injector 12v source. CHECK
Injector ground CHECK
Noid light for injector Pulse. CHECK
Injectors ohm tested all 8 within spec. CHECK
12v source to coils. CHECK
ground to coils. CHECK
Swap coil packs with passenger side. CHECK (problem did not follow)
Ohm spark plug wires. CHECK
coils are firing, check by pulling spark plug wire off of spark plug and it was arching at all spark plugs.
All fuses were checked.
All grounds were checked and an extra strap was added.

Problem was intermittent for a while, and then it became permanent. Not sure what else i can check. No other codes are being thrown. Any suggestions would be great.

NOID lite test on all cyls?
Junkyard engine that's been sitting for an extended time?
Fuel psi is?
Pull the rail up, remove the coil fuse, put some towels under the rail, bump the key....Injs flow?

Not sure what you mean by Noid lite test on all cyls... How would i check that.
engine has been ran and dyno before this started happening
Fuel psi is good. at both the regulator and fuel pressure gauge.
I can try seeing if the injectors spit out fuel next.

Pulled the plugs last night and this is what the driver side looks like.
left to right is 1,3,5,7

I had the same problem afew years back.
It turn out that I had a broken wire inside the insulation.
I re wired all my injectors.

I fixed my po200 code (flooding out cause by injector staying open)). Wire bundle exiting computer was rubbing against firewall. There is a sharp steel lip on firewall that was rubbing thru injector wire insulation. I simply pulled wire bundle away from firewall to fix.
