Since the older DBW throttle bodys are 8 pin connector and the 07 up are 6 pin. Has anyone tried looping the 5volt reference wires and the low reference wires together and see what happens with the TAC module. I was just looking at the schematics for an 05 silverado and an 08 silverado and all the wires are the same functions just the 06 and prior is like a redundancy style system from what I can tell.
