Default Power loss with exhaust.

AES 390 Twin turbo setup. T-netics TC66/65's running dual 3"down pipes.

My plan was to run like a texas speed 3" dumped system like i had before because my custom "over the axle true dual" system i have now is not mandrel bent and the H-pipe on it sucks. Well they were mandrel bent and the exhaust shop decided to put my mandrel pieces in their bender.... Any way.

What kind of power loss would i be looking at If i decided to go with a Y-pipe/3-3.5" cat back setup, vs a 3" true dual dumped setup. I like the sound of duals better, but i also like the look of tips, which i have a set or corsa clones now... i could rebuild my OTA TD's with mandrel pieces but its a lot of work, and im about fed up with fabrication with this build lol

Looking to make 1000rwhp+ on a dyno jet at about 19-22 psi.

Thanks

Default

Why not go for dual 3 to 4", that way CSA will remain almost the same, so airflow ability should be almost the same.
