Fairlane vs Ls1 Camaro

Fairlane vs Ls1 Camaro No video. I was at a stoplight and Camaro pulls up and revs.
Light turns green and we both hit it. I pull about two to three cars and by 70 mph looks like he is making ground fast. We did not get to race again and did not get to ask his mods.
I love the Fairlane but I feel the car dies on its face by 60 mph. It has a 87 5.0 with all the bolt ons and carbed H/C/I. My next step is probably to turbo it or my brother might be going with a 6.0 ls block and told me if I wanted his forged 5.3 motor.
