what is this clunking noise? vid inside when i engage my clutch i get a clunking noise. i just installed a ls7 clutch kit slave and master, same noise is still there so thats not it. the tranny mount looks ok and the torque arm and mount look ok.
it sounds like its in the output shaft of the transmission. i can turn the drive shaft and feel some play in it but nothing worse than normal. its either in the tranny or its slack in the rear gears i think. watch the vid and tell me what you think. my car is loud but youll see me pop the clutch and it will make the clunk sound.
