No, the hub/bore diameter is to small if that is an actual 2012 CTS wheels.
The Camaro has a 70.3mm hub/bore diameter, and the 2012 CTS has a hub/bore diameter of 67mm.
Now if the bore diameter of the 2012 CTS wheels were available with a larger than 70.3mm bore then it could be made to work with hub-centric rings to fit on the Camaro.

and too risky to have the hub bore bored out to 70.3mm?
