Not surprised. I'm from NYC. I'm familiar with the ridiculously gutted, slick civics they run up there in the BX, the 'ports and 190th. Never liked a racecar you couldn't drive home comfortably. They're fast, but at the end of the day... I'd take the V.

Well of course the V is a nicer car...they aren't comparing interiors...they are seeing which is faster in a straight line from a stop. I think this was a pretty cool video and I kinda liked the drama...it adds a little something. Keep em coming.

I wonder what mods the V had? He got 3 cars and the break and probably thought he could hang on till the end. We’ve all had that, “Oh no, here he comes,” feeling while looking in the rear view.

Back in the day they use to race on the Hutchinson River Parkway near Pelham. 20-30 cars would roll out on the parkway and just gradually come to a stop as if there was an accident up ahead. Lead cars would warm up their tires and then someone would flag them off. Everyone would follow them down to the next exit and argue about who won.
