Street Racing & Kill Stories - Saturday night...4 kills

first of all....I was heading on 290 towards town when some import (maybe a nissan 240) wanted to play...well, crusing about 70 in third, we took off...sorta side by side until I decided on downshifting into 2nd gear... :burnout: i left him like he was sitting still....

shortly after that, I came across a new nissan 350Z...with modified exhaust...
gave him a couple of revs and we got side by side.....crusing around 70 again...we slowed down some...I got into 2nd again and we took off...
well, I'm sure you can guess what happened.... :smokin:

Around 1 am on Westheimer....I late model red Z28 going from light to light...
No competition at all...once I again I took another down.

Yellow Z06:
then around 2 am on Westheimer, I was headed home from sherlock's, I came across a yellow Z06 (405hp badges)...
I got next to him and gave him a rev or two.....he looks at me with a look like he's going to kill me....
I was a bit concern. that car is maybe pushing 365-385 at the wheels...so I have a good run to come...
Well...we raced several times from a 20 punch a from a dig going from a light....
Every time I got him without any problem....It must have been a bad driver cause I'm sure that car would perform better.... :D

Yea Z06s are super strong cars. With a good driver those things can really do some damage even with your horsepower as close to one as it is. Great kills. :cheers: Sounds like a really fun night.

I got in 3rd doing 70MPH....rpm's around 4100....
downshifted to 2nd....rpm's went up to around 4800
I dont' have to shift again till 6200 rpm's...that gives me the extra HP needed till i shifted into 3rd at a speed of 80 mph.

Yeah 2nd gear redlines around 77mph you must not like your clutch very much.
