Default Harness Q

You should be able to add the necessary wires to your PCM/harness. You will have to have your PCM flashed for whichever tranny you choose. You can use this pin-out http://lt1swap.com/2001_PCM_CONN_PINOUT.htm and a pinout for the 4l60e/80e(they are different) plug and see where you need to add wires to your PCM. The actual plug for both transmissions are the same they are just wired differently. The 60 uses one speed signal VSS at the tail and I think the 80 has an additional one at the front.

I would like some info as well. I have a 2000 camaro with an A4 with a hacked up harness. I have the M6 harness available for cheap, can i use it? I have all the connectors from the A4, can they be swapped over to the M6 harness? I will be using the 00 pcm. I also have a 02 5.3 surburban harness but it is drive by wire. (That bites)! Can someone point me in the right direction? I can find alot about A4 to M6 but not alot about this. Someone help please. Sorry to hijack your thread man. Thanks
