Default What size turbo for 408

I've decided to keep my Hurron kit and finish piecing everything together.

Engine is a LQ 408. What size turbo should I run?

Also when I ordered it I want to say I had a 44mm wastegate flange put on. Will that be enough or should I add a second?

Is the 2.5" crossover pipe with t4 flange good enough and 3" downpipe?

And last, will stock truck manifolds be good enough or is there a better upgrade?

Ok I just went through this with my 402. Your gonna have to run a T6 turbo first if its a single. I'm running a S475 T6 1.32 Ar on mine but Im only wanting 750 rwhp since its a street car. If your wanting more power you will need a T6 80mm or bigger. A T4 will create to much back pressure. Let me know if you have anymore questions. Also truck manifolds will work no problem with 2.5 crossover.

This will be mostly a steet car. And I forgot to mention its a t-56. Any chance I could keep the t4? I've read it would be better for m6 cars. But I am new to turbos so not too sure what the difference is

I have a T56 and you have need to run a T6 flange. You will have way to much back pressure and it will hurt you. To big of a motor for that small of a flange.

Will a s475 really work alright for a 408? I also have a 408, well it being built right now, but I'm trying to figure out turbo size as well. I would assume something bigger would be better but with a s475 on a 408 what kind of boost/hp can you run?
