Default MAF help!

Hey, so I'm doing a 4.8 swap into a 95 camaro. The engine is in and all is going fairly well. I am doing the intake system now and have run into a problem. I have a maf sensor out of a 2001 silverado and the male connector on my 99 f body harness will not plug in to the maf. I can see that there are some tabs in the maf side that are stopping it from going in. But I searched up the part number and as far as I can tell the maf should be a 5 pin but it has 4. The pn is 25168491. What is going on here. And if I remoce the tabs will the maf work with the conputer?
Thanks

Truck MAF sensors have an integrated IAT sensor. Finding a 3-wire MAF will probably be your easiest option, but I see no reason why you couldn't get a truck pigtail and splice it in.
