Default boost and timing?

I have a rear mount turbo on my 383 camaro. Its 9.1:1 cr and I run up to 15psi. I have been running 91 octane right now but plan on 110 race gas in the future. What kind of timing are you guys running with boost? I have 23deg in the computer but the log is at 26-27

24 to 26 is the general consensus. Remember the PCM adds 2 degrees below 4000rpm and 3 degrees above IIRC, the famous mystery timing, if it does not see any knock sensor or you have knock tuned off. That is why your commanded and logged timing differs.
I would run meth instead of the race fuel. I have seen one other boosted car on cz28.com run u 32* with meth but he is not in the norm. 24 to 26 logged seems to be the most used even with meth. I run 25 logged 4000rpm and up with meth.

What boost levels? Im running a 2 bar sd tune so I can run less timing with more boost.

I'm at 14ish psi on a MAF tune. The guy running 32 is at 15 psi on a D1 with a 383. Call911 on here is at 11.5afr with 26 degrees which I think is ideal. 15 psi for him. Mid 11s Afr with 24-26 is what I like.

With what guys are doing with E85 and meth these days I would definately go either of those routes over race gas.

Ok so im pretty much on point with timing. I have the afr in the 10s right now cuz I wasnt sure. Im not a pro tuner or anything. I just left it rich to be safe while I was getting the timing dialed in. Another question. With a 2 bar sd to do I tune my fueling in the ve table or in the kpr vs rpm at wot? Right now I been using the ve table

there is a ton of variables in play. just a few are air inlet temp, coolant temp, cam, heads, plugs, and the weather. also watch the water grains. real low water grain count you will want to back off the timing some.

with that said i have ran as much as 37* at 21psi on 110 cam2. this was the raged edge for my setup and it went 8.90 at 153.

Yeah I understand that. I really need to just get it on the dyno. I like figuring out the tuning myself instead of paying someone.
