Default Possible Spark blow out at 25psi w/LS1 coils

Im running the BS3 on my supra with the LS1 coils. Last year i ran 30psi with a .028-.030 gap on the plugs with no issues. Changed over to a mechanical pump and 240lb injectors. Took the car out recently and it starts breaking up around 20psi. Thinking it was just plugs i pulled them put new in. Took the car out again same results. I was going to run more boost and bring the gap down but want to figure out what happen here. How can i check for a weak coil?

Doesn't seem to be rpm related first gear only makes about 12psi but winds out to 8500 just fine

Go down to .025 that should probably help you out. Also what plug are you running?

I think your new fuel system is working really good and you might need to pull some fuel too. I set the gap at .020 to start, and make sure you have enough dwell time at that rpm.

Maybe switch to truck coils, and step up to 16 volts on the common ignition feeds. Merely just a suggestion. I would listen to Hellbent first!

Thanks for the replies. What would u recommend for dwell time? After everything is working I plan on running upwards of 40psi. Thoughts on plug gap with 45psi?

I would look at the change you made and start there.
